Yes, we do! We’re located in Southern California, but we can prepare the legal forms you need For the county where you live!

You can file for divorce in California if you’ve lived here for at least 6 months.  To file in the county where you live, you need to have resided there for at least 3 months.

If you haven’t lived in California or your county for that long, you may be able to file for legal separation first, then convert your case to a divorce case.
